We remove all construction dust, plaster residue, paint splashes, and builder debris throughout the property. This includes deep cleaning of all surfaces, floors, windows (interior), kitchen, and bathrooms — leaving the property ready to move in or photograph.
Post-construction cleaning requires specialist equipment — industrial-grade vacuums, specialist solvents for plaster and paint, and training to deal with fine dust that settles everywhere. Standard domestic products and techniques aren't sufficient, which is why we use a dedicated team and process for these jobs.
We clear fine debris and residue as part of the clean. Large builder's waste (plasterboard, timber, etc.) should be removed by your builders before we arrive. If you have rubbish removal needs, please mention this in your booking notes.
